I provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, adults and couples. I welcome divorced and single parents, blended families and people of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. My passion and area of expertise involves assisting with relationship issues, grief, and trauma. Available services include but are not limited to evaluation, recommendations, referrals, crisis management, psychiatric/medication management support, individual/group counseling, anger management, co-parenting support, pre/postnatal compassion, professional development, consultation and supervision.
I have over 24 years of comprehensive, clinical, and diverse experience in human services and client centered care. I strive to assist and empower individuals and their families to become their best by simplistically managing life and everyday problems one day at a time.
My clinical interventions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma Informed Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. Most importantly, I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore your thoughts/feelings/behaviors.
