I have maintained a general practice approach and enjoy working with a variety of difficulties including childhood disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and personality disorders, I have experience working with individuals who have substance abuse problems. My experiences have allowed me to work with a wide range of people. An example of a few areas I have worked with include graduate students, LGBT individuals, and healthcare professionals including those who work in mental health. A recent addition and growing interest is working with individuals who have developed addictions to prescription medication and do not readily fit into the more general substance abuse population.

It takes community and connection to promote healing. With choice comes power and self-empowerment. Especially for trans, gender nonconforming folx, anyone who identifies under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, and neurodivergent folx, the system doesn't feel made for us and choice feels limited. If you are looking for support exploring your issues in a compassionate and warm space, I truly believe even under systems of oppression, you can contact ways of thriving, finding and maintaining meaningful relationships with loved ones, and most importantly, with yourself. Let's talk, cook, write, dance, breathe/cry about it! It's all meaningful!

Anxiety and fear constrict our lives and disturb our peace. Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns, battling thoughts and behaviors that persist despite your efforts. You may lack what you need—support, time, resources, or the capacity to handle life’s challenges. Or, despite having more than enough, you may still feel empty, unfulfilled, or disconnected. You're a bit burned out, or burned, by life. You may seek deeper healing or mindfulness, wanting to both change and accept yourself and the present. You’re open to wading in, experiencing, and working through emotions, and seek accompaniment or accountability for that work.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are deeply committed to personal growth and self-understanding. Those who come with a desire to explore the layers of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns—seeking clarity, authenticity, and greater emotional resilience. I also value working with individuals who are ready to engage in the meaningful and often challenging work of healing from trauma. There is strength in facing the past; turning inward to face and transform pain. Together, we co-create a space for restoration, integration, and a return to the truth of who you are.
