If you’re an adult struggling with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or feeling stuck despite “doing all the right things,” therapy can help you regain clarity and control.
I utilize effective techniques to address and improve symptoms of ADHD, OCD, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. I draw from a variety of modalities depending on client needs including cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy. I work with couples using a relational approach to reduce conflict, improve communication, break cycles and reconnect.

I specialize in OCD and anxiety, substance use and psychedelics, and sex/kinky folx/ENM.
I practice from a nonjudgmental, harm reduction, and humanistic lens, which means our work will always center on your goals, your values, and what healing means for you. I draw on mindfulness, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These techniques support deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and long-term healing.

Hi! I’m Victoria! I believe therapy works best when clients feel met where they are and supported at a pace that feels right for them. In our work together, we move step by step, practicing and exploring things together in session so clients feel more prepared and confident as they continue that work between sessions. Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, I work with clients to understand their patterns and develop ways of functioning that honor who they are, especially for those who have spent much of their lives trying to adapt to systems that were never designed for how their brains work.

I work with young adults who are healing from trauma and trying to navigate things like anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship stress, and life transitions.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken). It’s about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface and finding ways to make everyday life feel a little more manageable. In sessions, you can expect a space that’s genuine, non-judgmental, and sometimes even a little light when it makes sense.

As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in the treatment of individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders, and substance use difficulties, as well as families of individuals who struggle in these ways.
You might be someone who is plagued by doubts. You fear that something awful will happen and feel the need to protect yourself or others from the threat. Your family and friends might try to reassure you, but you just keep imagining worst case scenarios. Perhaps you find yourself engaging in unhelpful behaviors that get in the way of the things that are important to you. Nobody can understand why you keep making these choices, despite their negative consequences. I hope to navigate these challenges with you in a safe and affirming space, where you feel accepted and understood.

My patients would say that I am warm, engaging, creative, and non-judgemental. Therapy for me is an interactive relationship.I am not the kind of therapist who sits there, shakes her head, and says tell me more. My goal is to give you tools to figure out how to make your life work for you. One of my best traits is my availability. I return calls promptly and will spend after hours on the phone .Many patients have told me that I am the first therapist who ever helped them...and that is what my job is about.

DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and anchor-based mindfulness help bridge that gap between knowing and doing.
Anxiety and fear constrict our lives and disturb our peace. Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns, battling thoughts and behaviors that persist despite your efforts. You may lack what you need—support, time, resources, or the capacity to handle life’s challenges. Or, despite having more than enough, you may still feel empty, unfulfilled, or disconnected. You're a bit burned out, or burned, by life. You may seek deeper healing or mindfulness, wanting to both change and accept yourself and the present. You’re open to wading in, experiencing, and working through emotions, and seek accompaniment or accountability for that work.

I use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Exposure & Response Prevention to help mothers with emetophobia and contamination OCD.
You have a harbinger of doom between your ears, and you’re exhausted by 10AM. You track every possible exposure to virus — head on a swivel, scanning for a cough, a runny nose, a clutched abdomen. You might be my client if: You constantly scan your body (and others) for signs of illness; You freeze up when your child acts “off” or complains of any physical symptom; You panic at the mention of “stomach bug”; Delegate care of sick children to partner/others; Lose time to cleaning and decontamination rituals that result in ever-so-fleeting moments of relief; You’ve seen many therapists/tried various therapies without success.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.

What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.

Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.

Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
