Our work will focus on reclaiming your personal power, living as an expression of your values, and growing your capacity to create change in your life. Expect a process-oriented approach emphasizing your engagement and commitment; a holistic worldview that reflects the interdependency of ourselves in both the broader world and in the constituent parts of our lives which can invite distress when compartmentalized and fractured; and a gently challenging style that will hold you to your ideals, your utmost honesty, and your personal vision of a life well-lived.

The goal of therapy isn’t to ‘feel better’, although that should be one of the outcomes. The suffering we experience is rarely a malfunctioning of the brain- it is usually in response to real challenges and is an important way to prepare ourselves for a developmental leap. When we are suffering, our brains release hormones that promote ‘neuroplasticity’, our minds begin to reexamine outdated narratives, and our relationships are challenged with the need for deeper vulnerability and more skillful communication.

Before becoming a therapist, I served as a college administrator helping students advocate for themselves, supporting faculty in building equitable learning environments, and creating spaces for collective healing. That background deeply informs how I show up in session — always attuned to power dynamics, cultural context, and the many ways systemic injustice affects mental health. If you’ve ever felt like you had to push through, carry it all, or go numb just to survive — I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve space to feel, to breathe, and to be seen.

Often, we believe others are worthy of love, but we are not. Sometimes, our experiences in our lives lead us to think that we are unloveable; we believe that we deserve this and come to the conclusion that we are unloved. These experiences led us to believe we are no longer safe for connection. This is a lie. I would like to invite you to an inverse of the golden rule: Do unto yourself as you would do unto others. I welcome anyone who wants this, who doesn't know how to live like this, and/or who is skeptical that this is possible. I believe we are made to become wholly the best version of ourselves.

I am a psychologist specializing in CBT for anxiety disorders, OCD and depression. CBT is an active therapy that can help you feel better and maximize your potential by overcoming ways of thinking that limit you. As a scientist-practitioner, I am committed to providing treatments that are proven to work, including CBT, mindfulness, ERP and PE. However, psychological science alone is not enough to achieve success in therapy. Successful therapy must draw upon your expertise in your lived experience. For this reason, I will actively collaborate with you to tailor your therapy experience to your unique challenges, strengths, and values.

I became a therapist after many years working for public and private schools. I focused on special education and students with emotional and behavioral issues. I often work with families and individuals who have become stuck or have practiced habits that are negatively impacting their lives. I focus on a cognitive based approach to treat anxiety and depression. If you are stuck and need support with finding a new approach then therapy may be for you.

Elad is an ANCC board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with Masters as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University. Before pursuing her master's in Nursing, Elad worked as a Registered Nurse for over seven years in different healthcare departments, including psychiatric units as a way to broaden her knowledge and ability to offer care to her patients in a holistic manner. In that light, she developed more compassion and empathy for her patients suffering from mental health problems as she understood their concerns and how they were perceived by friends, family, and society.

Are you struggling to understand some of your behaviors? Do you wish you could connect with people differently? Feeling good matters, and people go about it in many ways. Some of those can harm ourselves or others, leading to personal, legal, financial, or relational consequences. I work with people to connect in healthy ways with themselves and with others.

Hi, I’m Dr. Josh Gonsher, a licensed clinical psychologist with a warm, down-to-earth approach to healing. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, worry, and stress—not by fighting their symptoms, but by creating a new internal landscape where those struggles no longer take center stage. My approach is grounded in Contextual Therapy. I don’t just help clients “fix” thoughts or behaviors—I work with them to build a more meaningful life, one where old patterns and problems naturally begin to lose their grip. It’s about shifting the frame, not just adjusting the picture.

At some point, everyone has experienced some sort of emotional distress whether it be the illness or death of a loved one, the pain of a divorce, a traumatic experience from childhood, or even the demands of everyday life. If you're thinking you may need some help to get through something new or something from the past, you're probably right. I want to help. I am extremely dedicated to helping my clients heal, improve their lives, and reach their own personal goals. If you're concerned that you might be "too much" for a psychotheraist, I definitely want to help. Everyone desires to heal from their emotional distress.

My ideal clients are neurodivergent adolescents and adults seeking clarity after feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked. Many are high-masking or late-identified and have spent years compensating for ADHD, autism, or trauma, often leading to burnout. I specialize in structured, evidence-based diagnostic clarification to differentiate overlapping conditions and provide clear, affirming answers. From there, we develop individualized, practical treatment plans that support sustainable functioning and meaningful change.
