Together, we identify triggers for distress, explore how past experiences influence the present, strengthen emotional regulation, uncover relationship dynamics, and examine behavioral patterns. After understanding the purpose and function of the patterns, we develop and implement practical skills to manage or reduce the impact of anxiety, depression, betrayal, grief, trauma, bipolar disorder and challenges related to identity, roles/responsibilities, impulsivity, addictive behaviors, relationships, and transitions. I take a holistic, developmentally informed approach, addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

When human beings experience various forms of traumas or extreme life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. What interest me into the mental health field initially, was that anxiety and depression was prevalent in my family. I wanted to understand and become more knowledgeable about the mental health issues my family suffered. It became my mission to help others moving forward, to recover from anxiety and depression. My desire became to help my clients not only recover from anxiety and depression, but to become the greatest version of theirselves.

As a therapist who has walked a similar path, I understand how difficult it can be to move forward when you feel stuck or overwhelmed by challenges that seem insurmountable. I firmly believe in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change, even under the most difficult of circumstances.
You are the expert on your own life: my role is to help you strengthen that expertise with clarity and confidence. As a result, I work best with clients who are prepared to engage actively in the therapeutic process and apply these principles beyond sessions.
