I have over 30 years of professional experience in guiding children, teens, adults (individual/couples), and families through the process of change which includes helping you to understand perceptions and identify your inner strengths in order to support the emotional healing of past and present traumas. My work also involves teaching skills that will assist you with improving communication, building positive relationships, conflict resolution, and setting achievable goals.
