I've been working with children and young adults throughout my career, and I find that what makes me the most successful is my ability to relate to the things kids/teens are interested in.
*Accepting new clients* Over the past year the way we go about our day to day lives has changed drastically. This has led to an increase in stress, anxiety, depression and feeling overwhelmed for many of us. Children and young adults have been hit especially hard as they have had to miss out on cultural milestones and important lessons in face to face peer interactions that would typically happen at school. These changes have impacted the mental health of so many of us. My goal is to help kids/teens/young adults adjust to these changes and to life changes such as graduating high school and weighing pro's and cons of college.

You’ve got the ambition and the insight- my job is to help you channel that into sustainable change, nervous system regulation, and, yes… even relaxation.
Overwhelmed. Overworked. Over it. You’ve done everything “right". Checklists, podcasts, supplements, deep breaths...but you still don’t feel like yourself. The constant striving hasn’t led to peace. You triple-check just to be sure, but the finish line keeps moving. If you’re tired of living in overdrive, I want you to know: it doesn’t have to be this way. A calm, grounded, fulfilling life is possible even for high-achieving women with anxious minds. In therapy with me, you’ll find a compassionate accountability partner who helps you take back your energy from anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and burnout.

I'm trained in mindfulness meditation practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy (Level 1), an evidence-backed, trauma-informed approach to creating change and growth. Sometimes I help my clients figure out what emotions they're feeling. Other times I offer specific, actionable advice, like coping skills for stress and anxiety.

In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings within public health, mental health treatment, substance use treatment, inpatient treatment, and private practice.
I have had the privilege to work with a wide range of clients in terms of age, gender, race, social economic status, and acuity of symptoms. While everyone has something unique to bring to therapy I find the most fulfillment working with couples, those dealing with issues regarding their sexuality, first responders (police, firefighters, EMT’s), individuals recovering from trauma, and people dealing with concerns with technology such as video game or online addiction.

I specialize in women's mental health (child-free by choice, career advancement & difficulties, relational dynamics, high-power positions, personal growth focus), and LGBTQ+, transgender, and non-binary focused care, including surgery support letters.
I help clients make sense of their lives through connecting with their own emotional experiences. I recognize the influence that injustice, oppression and family upbringing can have. I work to frame the emotional struggles in terms of what they are - powerful survival mechanisms that served you well in the past, yet need to be revisited to further grow.
