I offer telehealth coaching and Brainspotting from the comfort of your home.
Many people face some of life's unexpected and difficult turns—like the loss of a loved one, a painful breakup, career burnout, family tension, major disappointments, or goals that never quite came to life. These experiences may have left them feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or questioning their worth and direction. They may look like they’re holding it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, unseen, or exhausted on the inside. Deep down they know they can feel better. They come to me because they’re ready for change, and to heal in a way that feels deep, grounded, and lasting.

I also use Brainspotting therapy and offer BSP as an adjunct service to those linked to a talk therapist.
We are all born with eyes, but learn how to see. Our self and worldview are shaped and molded by traumatic experiences, intimate relationships, and occurrences in the greater world around us. Our culture teaches us to conform for love and acceptance, to change our bodies and beliefs to fit the status quo, and to value working over living. Through the process of therapy, I will collaborate with you to uncover your wisest, most authentic Self and harness your strengths ultimately to learn how to navigate life’s ebbs and flows connected to your values, needs, and desires.

Welcome! I utilize talk therapy + brain science techniques to help you heal from the past, flourish in the present, and design a future you love.
As women, we carry the weight of our past, the pressures of modern society, and daily expectations that have become unsustainable. The thing is, you don’t have to wait until these things get better to feel more joy and less stress. (Let’s be honest…they probably won’t!) But together we can reconnect with your needs, cultivate compassion in your life, and create healthy, loving relationships in your world.

It takes a village. The Womb Room began out of love in 2015, by a Mom looking to provide space to connect and support pregnant and postpartum people through yoga. To be the village.

Welcome! I’m Rebecca. Let’s get right to it. I’m a somatic psychotherapist and biofield energy healer. That means I work directly with the nervous system, body, and biofield supporting people in moving through patterns at the level where they’re actually held, not just understood. This work supports trauma recovery, and also serves leaders and high capacity individuals in the roles they hold. The work I do is best suited for those who feel ready to move beyond understanding their patterns and into working with them at a deeper, embodied level.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.
Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.
How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.
How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
