I utilize a person centered approach where I draw from many different modalities like CBT, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused CBT. I have done extensive work with teenagers and couples counseling as well as working with people who suffer from anxiety, depression and behavioral modification issues.
