I have 25+ years of experience working trauma related issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and substance use concerns. Whether your concern is anxiety, addiction, compulsive/ destructive behaviors. Or perhaps you are simply ready to begin making yourself a priority and need some direction or additional motivation; together we can to develop the skills needed for greater self-actualization, acceptance, and freedom.
Experienced in providing counseling to individuals from different cultures, sexual orientations, or having a varying degrees of mental health need. We choose a modality of therapy to best fit your need (i.e. EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy). I have received certifications in providing Anxiety and Telehealth services.

Together we will determine the appropriate interventions, set goals and develop time frames for making therapy a powerful life-changing experience.
