My belief is that therapy should be empowering and be tailored to each client individually. Every person is unique in their experiences and beliefs and for this reason I utilize an integrative approach to counseling. This means that we will use different techniques and ideas from different theories and therapies to best suite each client and their goals. I will work with clients to determine their goals for therapy and will support and aid clients in accomplishing these goals. I am passionate about mental health and helping people and want to help everyone find the best fit for them.

Counseling provides a safe place for healing to occur. Children, teens and adults benefit from a private spot to sort out conflicting feelings, difficult life circumstances and relationship problems. Learning new ways of facing dilemmas present in everyday life produces energy. During therapy, many of my clients begin to experience an inner calm, increased self confidence and/or a clearer sense of self-concept, which in turn leads to a deeper sense of well being.
