Hi! I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience. In 2000, I finished my Counseling education at Arizona State University. For the first few years, I worked in an in-patient mental health facility. Over time, I was more drawn to outpatient work and began starting my own Private Practice in 2006 called Life Transitions Counseling. Recently, I have spent time traveling the world working as a Military Family Life Counselor, aiding in the mental health care of our service members and their family members.

In the past thirty years of practice, I've come to deeply understand that all therapy is, in a sense, grief therapy. I began working as a volunteer with Hospice, and although I am trained and practiced in trauma and developmental techniques, I specialize my work with grief and loss. I help my clients walk through the profoundly life-changing territory of losses that can seem impossible to accept and heal from. Natasha L. Elliott, LCSW Natasha L. Elliott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Master's Degree in K-12 Education from Northern Arizona University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Natasha takes a person-centered therapeutic approach in meeting individuals where they are at; as individuals we are not boxes and therefore should not be treated as such. She has worked with a diverse population of individuals from young adults to older adults with a variety of backgrounds.

Dr. Tamarah Rodriguez is a retired ENT physician-turned-Psychotherapist. With more than 12 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor, she has helped hundreds of adults, couples, teens, and children navigate life's challenges. She specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family dynamics, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Her expansive training in various treatment models allows her to provide assertive, targeted interventions.

I was born in NY City and grew up in Santa Fe, NM. My mother was a family therapist for 30 years for the state of New Mexico and I decided to follow in her footsteps. My first job as a mental health counselor was at the Denver Children's Home where I learned how to set consistent limits and boundaries, as well as offer empathy and structure to children struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADD. I earned my MSW at DU in 1999 and worked at the Denver VA Medical Center for 18 years, where I learned and practiced CBT, CPT, PE, and MI.
