I partner with each client differently, depending on their strengths and goals. I embrace the differences that each person comes into therapy with. I work with ages 12+ and have worked with people experiencing various issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.

I currently pull from person-centered, polyvagal, trauma-informed, and mindfulness approaches. I also partner with therapy dog Kida. I believe our connections to animals and the environment are powerful in our healing journeys. Animal interactions can bring a sense of comfort, safety, and connection to the therapeutic relationship.

Just like my clients, I am continually learning and growing. I find the connections built with clients the most important tool for initiating and supporting change.
