Hello! I am currently accepting new clients, both in-person and telehealth. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for my clients to explore their current challenges and feelings. I believe every individual and session is unique, and I tailor my sessions as such. Change can be a difficult process, but you are in control, and I am here to walk you through it! Additionally, I am a 13 year military veteran who understands the complex dynamics of military life and am passionate about helping veterans, military members, and their family.
I have experience working with a wide range of challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, parenting, life changes, work issues, and difficulties with self-esteem. Together, we will develop a plan to work on healthy coping skills, stress management, emotional regulation, setting healthy boundaries, and many other things.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you have already taken the most significant step: searching for the right therapist. I would be happy to help you with the next steps. Please reach out, and we can get started together!
