Now accepting BCBS! I help clients ages 16+ heal after trauma and through tough life transitions. Many of my clients have faced challenges such as complex trauma, divorce, sexual assault, relationship issues, childhood trauma, moving to new states, and other distressing experiences. My approach is an empathetic and person-centered therapy, meeting my clients where they are at on their journey and guiding them to resilience. I am passionate about integrating attachment theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems parts work, inner child work, Polyvagal theory and adaptive coping skills.
In therapy sessions, we will collaborate to reduce the impact of traumatic memories, making them feel less overwhelming. My approach empowers you to confront and transform the negative beliefs that arise from these experiences. By rewiring your brain in this way, we create space for adopting new, more positive core beliefs.
Trauma can alter the brain, but so can healing. If you're ready to take a step towards healing, I'm here to help. Being aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can bring about a sense of safety, confidence, and resilience. Your life can be amazing!
