Hello! My name is McKenzie Thomas and I am a licensed therapist with over six years of experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I work with adults and adolescents, particularly those who are navigating the challenges of life transitions, identity, and mental health struggles.
