Hello! Welcome to my page. I'm an LCSW working at Anson Family Counseling. I've worked with the Children's Justic Center, The Family Place, Help Me Grow Utah, and WholeKids Emotional Wellness throughout my professional career. My goal is to strengthen family and relational ties one person at a time. I often work with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate developmental milestones.
I love to use art interventions, sandplay, CBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness throughout my sessions. Connecting through many different senses provides for greater processing and understanding of self and the world. Dysregulation is common to us as humans and learning to master the thinking errors and our emotional state brings empowerment and confidence.
