Since beginning my counseling career, I have worked chiefly with children, adolescents, teenagers, and their families, to help people become more aware of their strengths, as well as their limitations - both individually and as a unit. I teach new techniques to incorporate into one's daily life, to help manage these inevitable obstacles. Growth and healing aren't linear, though it would be nice if they were. I founded my own private practice in November of 2020, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially on the younger generations, and am currently running it in downtown Fairfield, CT.

One of the most important pillars of counseling is empathy; I was trained that one can truly do this, having been on the other side of the chair.
