My goal for our work together is that no matter where you are in your journey, I can create a space that is safe to explore your whole self. I work from a psychodynamic lens to understand your inner experience and the way you exist in the world. I am a deeply hopeful person who holds that relationality is one of the anchors of meaningful living and will create space for you to find an authentic way of being.
With a decade of experience as a coach in the world of athletics I greatly enjoy and specialize in helping individuals with developing a sense of self, working on identity formation and life goals, fostering a sense of belonging and community, and using movement and body connection to foster healing and growth.
