I enjoy finding the balance between exploring how past experiences are impacting you today, processing important topics, and integrating psycho-education and action ("now what?") into the session. I will help you build compassion for yourself, and teach you how to work with the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing so they no longer overwhelm you. I will help you create harmony within yourself so you can lead a more intentional life, and feel present and grounded while doing so.
I work with clients who come in with a variety of concerns. I have experience working with grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Fear of the unknown is so real and valid. I offer a safe space for clients to explore and process all of life's trials and triumphs.
