Hi! My name is McKenzie. I have been practicing therapy for eight years. As your therapist, I will work alongside you to ensure your concerns are met and to work towards your goals. I aim to create a compassionate and authentic environment for each and every one of the clients I work with. I am passionate about mental health and take pride in fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes growth and healing.
I provide telehealth services to teens and adults coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem issues, or general life stressors and transitions. I have specialized training in trauma therapy (EMDR) and therapy for OCD (ERP). I also have special interest in infertility counseling, perinatal depression and anxiety, and eating disorders.
