Welcome, friend! I am so glad you found your way here. Recognizing that you need help along your journey toward healing and wellness is one of the hardest yet bravest steps, so I invite you in this moment to be proud of yourself. Perhaps you have landed on this site because you feel disconnected—disconnected from your emotions, your body, your relationships, the world itself. Maybe your existence feels smaller because you find yourself consumed by unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Maybe you notice a disconnection between the life you want and the life you are living. You are not alone.
I provide trauma-informed counseling services to women, men, and non-binary/gender-expansive adults, ages 18 and older. I enjoy working with folks of all gender identities and sexual orientations; racial and ethnic backgrounds; and body shapes, sizes, and abilities. My areas of specialty are eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
I approach my therapeutic work with clients from a strengths-based perspective, meaning that I believe you have the resilience and resources within you to be your own healer. My task is to provide space and strategies for you to cultivate a sense of safety within yourself, to increase your awareness that you are inherently worthy, and to reconnect with hope.
