My therapeutic style is eclectic and informed by trauma focused, somatic practices, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Brainspotting (BSP), and Ego States/Partswork. I am passionate about providing a space for exploration and healing for people of color and those that occupy intersectional + marginalized identities.
