As a therapist, I am deeply driven to help you through all of life’s challenges. Using a combination of Narrative Therapy and Person Centered Therapy, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and cultivate a more fulfilling life. I work with individuals throughout Suffolk County, Nassau County, Long Island, and virtually across New York navigating relationship issues, questioning sexuality, stress, anxiety, and performance anxiety, including student athletes.
I provide compassionate and personalized therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and performance related anxiety. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to help clients build confidence, resilience, and healthier coping strategies.
