I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults who are ready to make changes for themselves to improve their quality of life including identifying unhelpful patterns within their life, improving their relationships, working through life transitions, and/or healing from their past!
In treatment, we will use a client-centered approach paired with techniques from dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). The treatment I provide is tailored to meet the goals and needs of each client and aims to challenge the client without bringing on feelings of overwhelm.
Reaching out for help is often a difficult thing for many of us, but it can be the first step to building a better you! Whether you want to target a specific issue, such as improving self-esteem, managing daily stressors, or want to further explore what therapy can do for you, I am here to help!
