Let's Connect (872) 250-4395

I am inspired by the power of human connection. Everyone deserves to have the space to process their thoughts and emotions with someone they trust. My approach is rooted in genuine empathy, working to provide a safe haven for clients to explore their feelings without judgement. As someone that works with people from all walks of life, I know that everyone's journey is unique, and I tailor my practice to meet individual needs with the utmost sensitivity. My specialties include helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions and relationship issues, and supporting couples in strengthening their communication and intimacy.
My style of therapy is warm, empathic and strengths-based. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, I work with my clients to identify and amplify their inherit strengths. By recognizing and building upon these strengths, I empower individuals to overcome obstacles and discover their untapped potential.
Therapy is a shared adventure, and I hope you'll find comfort in the fact that you have a dedicated companion on your journey to a more fulfilling and balanced life. When you are ready, I am here to walk beside you, offering support, understanding, and a genuine belief in your ability to thrive.

Groups
Women's Support Group: Navigating Anxiety

In this group, we will be processing the various transitions and anxiety that women (and people) go through in life. This might take the shape of workplace anxiety, family struggles, relational concerns, changes within yourself, etc. We will be incorporating mindfulness exercises as well as psychoeducation about coping skills that group members can utilize on their own time. This group is designed to be supportive in nature, as we are hoping to build a community of all people identifying as women, ages 21-60, to uplift, support, and inspire each other.
