I work often with trauma including domestic violence , childhood neglect and abuse, developmental trauma, attachment trauma, vicarious trauma, single event traumas including car accidents, death, etc and parental suicide and severe mental health. I also have specific training to work with OCD.
I typically include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Somatic Interventions in my work, depending on your needs and preferences. For OCD I use ICBT. I am psychedelic friendly and work with ketamine.
