I am a trauma therapist that pulls from eastern and western modalities to offer holistic therapeutic services. Believing that trauma memory is stored beyond the mind and deep into the body, I weave cognitive, somatic and nature-based approaches for highly effective treatment. It is vital to understand how systemic, cultural and individual circumstances influence the mind-body connection. To better grasp what is bringing you into session, my anti-oppressive perspective is influenced by systems, and feminist theory.
