I am a nationally certified counselor and a graduate of Augusta University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Counselor Education. I am currently working toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) under clinical supervision.I work with both children and adults using a strengths-based, individualized approach. My clinical experience includes supporting children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral dysregulation, helping youth build skills to navigate developmental changes, family dynamics, and evolving peer relationships.
I also have experience working with adults within the VA system, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and emotion/behavior regulation. I support individuals as they navigate mental health challenges, life transitions, and the impact of lived experiences.
I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), systems theory, narrative therapy, and brief solution-
focused interventions.
