We emphasize a collaborative narrative approach to therapy through therapeutic conversations to help people rediscover hope in the midst of the problem saturated stories of their current experiences. We help people rediscover hope in the midst of grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, marriage, divorce, physical disabilities, and other life adjustments. We are trained to help couples find and maintain a healthy relationship. We work with families, blended fmilies, and extended families as well as adolescents and individuals.
We are licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We offer Christian Counseling for those clients who request it. Wayne also specializes in work with adolescent boys and work envirenment stress. Laura works with women's concerns including relationship, abuse, addiction, and boundaries.
We bring our personal life experiences to our practice: married since 1987, daughter's death, raised 2 children, survived a strong relationship with alcohol. Wayne has 20 years in a high-level management position. We believe that our life experience has provided us with compassion for the struggles people face in our world today.
