In life, we all face struggles and challenges. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics to assist clients through those difficult times. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered Therapy. My goal is to provide a safe and warm environment, where my client can feel comfortable to explore the past, gain personal insight and make positive changes when necessary. When working with my clients, developing a strong working relationship is most important. I have worked with mental health clients for the past 16 years
My specialties include counseling for anger management, substance abuse, self-harm, anxiety, developing appropriate life coping skills, goal setting, and trauma. .
I also have experience in working with those who are or have been part of the foster care system, criminal justice system and residential behavioral treatment centers.
