About

When it comes to therapy, I believe that there is nothing more powerful than connecting our minds and bodies. By bridging the two, we can develop a healthier relationship with ourselves and the world around us. We can break through the negative patterns holding us back. And we can cultivate the strength to manage even the most difficult emotions. Together, we'll challenge your inner critic and help you develop a toolkit to cope with the demanding ebbs and flows of life.
In my work, my priority is to create an environment characterized by safety and warmth that allows my clients to reach into their most authentic selves. By incorporating evidence-based practices such as acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I aim to challenge clients to reach their fullest potential.
