I blend proven methods like CBT, TF-CBT ACT, DBT-informed, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Somatic/EMDR-informed, Play-based for kids to calm the nervous system, organize thoughts, and build habits that stick. Clear goals, practical tools, brief parent coaching when helpful, and collaboration with schools/ doctors as needed.
Carrying more than people can see? Anxiety, low mood, home/school stress, memories that won’t settle. In therapy we slow down, make sense of it, and build simple tools you can use this week. My style is warm, structured, and direct, with cultural sensitivity. I work with kids (7+), teens, adults, and older adults.
