I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I treat adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions, as well as personality disorders. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and support clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and the emotional adjustment to new parenthood. My approach is practical and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients build coping skills and improve emotional regulation.
I am especially passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, build resilience during periods of change, and develop practical skills to create meaningful and fulfilling lives. I have a growing specialization in perinatal mental health, which led me to pursue a Perinatal Mental Health Certification through PSI.
