I work with adult men and women who might be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, inner child wounds, attachment and relational issues. I also offer counsel to those with newly diagnosed or in remission of cancer diagnoses. My approach is uniquely structured to your needs and your goals that align your specific journey in becoming a stronger version of yourself.
My style of clinical approach depends on your needs and goals, but is overall warm, and humanistic. I stay present through the pain, the hurt, the doubt, and the discovery. I help you reconnect with yourself (your thoughts and emotions), and learn how to cope with life stressors and heal.
