My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and relational. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore your emotions, and feel deeply understood. Rather than focusing on quick solutions or rigid structure, I emphasize self-compassion, emotional awareness, and building a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself.
I especially enjoy supporting individuals who are learning to choose themselves, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with who they are beneath anxiety, burnout, or long-standing family and cultural pressures. I believe meaningful change happens through safety, trust, and gentle exploration, not pressure.
