As a therapist, my primary goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can process stressors and life experiences, working collaboratively towards achieving their life goals. No matter what the challenges at hand, I believe people have the ability to "reinvent" themselves and begin to be more fully present in their life's journey. I have extensive experience working with individuals with a variety of clinical presentations and/or those wanting support in promoting positive change and relationships in their lives.
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to treat adults, pregnant/ postpartum women, and children 0-12. I utilize a blend of these practices as well as play therapy to treat ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other developmental concerns. I also provide support for parents at any stage of their parenting journey.
