About
I am interested in helping you reduce symptoms of distress. These symptoms often feel like being on the edge, sudden panic, running thoughts, sadness, worry, difficulty sleeping, or sleeping too much. It can also feel like feeling lost, misunderstood and easily distracted. My approach is to create an environment where you feel understood, seen, and heard. We can explore your struggles, feelings, thoughts, and guide you to examine your experiences with the goal of improving your quality of life.
I work with individuals, teens, and adults to address many of life's issues that can impact their quality of life. I enjoy teaching skills that help increase insight, understanding, and empathy. I provide a safe, interactive, therapeutic environment to address these concerns.
The key to a successful therapeutic experience is trust, and I work to earn that from you. I work closely with my clients to develop a safe place where they can unfold, breathe, cry, and become unburdened. Clients that work with me finish therapy with a greater awareness of themselves which helps them navigate difficulties in the future.
