Black birthing people's infertility journeys
A group for adult Black birthing people who are experiencing infertility. Participants will co-create a space of support and sharing of resources as we explore the deeply personal and systems related experiences of infertility in Black diaspora communities. Participants will cover feelings of loss, grief, anger, sadness/anxiety and explore family and cultural messages around infertility. I facilitate 6-9 week cycles of groups with weekly meetings for 75 minutes per session, for $75 (with sliding scale slots) per session, with a maximum of 8 people per group. Groups are for adult NY residents.

Women, femmes, and gender expansive folks of color
A group for adult BIPOC women, femmes, and gender expansive folks. Participants will co-create a space for embodying and exploring what it means to support one another. Participants will cover such topics as intersecting identities, racism based trauma, cross-racial relationships, coping and resistance strategies to oppression, imposter phenomenon, interpersonal and familial relationships, feelings of vulnerability, grief, sadness/anxiety, anger, love, joy, and self and community care. I facilitate cycles of groups for 6-9 weeks, with weekly meetings for 75 minutes per session, $75 (with sliding scale slots) per session, with a maximum of 8 people per group.

Parenting for justice, joy, and liberation
A group for adult BIPOC women, femmes, and gender expansive folks who are currently parenting or engaged in caregiving for a child or children. From a place of radical love, participants discuss how to support one another in utilizing liberatory/anti-oppressive child raising strategies, identifying day-to-day practices of joy and celebration, and nurturing their children and their own authentic selves, ability to self-advocate, and recognize/intervene injustice. Groups cycles are 6-9 weeks at a time, weekly meetings for 75 minutes per session, $75 (with sliding scale slots) per session, maximum of 8 people per group.
