If you're needing therapy and are sick to death of counselors who just nod and repeat back what you just said to them - I may be the therapist for you. My true passion lies in helping clients who feel that they don’t belong, who feel stuck or lonely in their current relationships, or who are struggling to create meaningful change in their lives. I am definitely not the therapist who sits in the chair silently nodding while you try to figure your own shit out. Good therapy helps because it gives you a structured, supportive space to unpack your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with someone who 100% has your back (that's me!).

Through evidenced based therapy techniques or deep-dive conversations, good therapy helps you spot the knots that are tripping you up on your way to the life you would love to live. Just having someone really listen to you without judgement can be life changing. Therapy isn’t magic, but it can certainly feel like it when you start to notice the shifts.
