Whether the issue is anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, poor coping skills, or phase of life issues, my approach is based in genuine support & kind, honest feedback.
One of my favorite quotes is a Native American saying that “Everything in life comes to us as a teacher, pay attention”. This sums up my philosophy about therapy - everything that happens to us can teach us more about ourselves and more about this amazing world we live in - working with people to help them find these lessons amid adversity is my great honor.
