As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel comfortable navigating the different complexities of life while promoting personal growth and understanding. I believe that there is not a “one size fits all” therapy manual, and our sessions must be individualized to your specific needs. I want you to feel heard and understood throughout our time together, and that you learn to find strength within yourself to achieve your goals. Honesty and consistency can be two of the most valuable traits that clients can bring to their therapy sessions in order to take the first step towards their healing journey.
My approach is focused around building a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental space. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy, to create a personalized treatment plan for my clients
