I am a trauma therapist. I specialize in working with clients that have experienced adverse life events that have impacted their daily functioning and quality of life. Their voice has been lost, and they need some help working through past traumas to gain the confidence to advocate for themselves.
I have experience working with victims of trauma, whose past experiences have manifested into various problems. I collaborate with my clients to tailor therapy to their unique strengths and needs. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Solution-focused and mindfulness-based therapies.
