Vee uses a trauma informed lens working with the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and marginalized populations dealing with ARFID, CPTSD, dissociative disorders, chronic illnesses and chronic pain. Vee works with dissociative disorders and complex trauma clients to help heal past wounds to help you get back to your life, and be able to thrive. Vee strives to help marginalized populations by using both personal experience and professional expertise to ensure the best care possible. Vee can provide gender affirming letters for surgery or hormones, as needed.
Vee uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapies to help connect the mind and the body and uses expressive arts and bilateral eye movement to facilitate further healing in re-wiring the brain and tapping into parts of the brain that cannot be articulated through words. Vee helps clients with alexithymia learn where emotions live in their body.
Vee is a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent therapist with CPTSD and lived experience who uses their lived experience and professional expertise to ensure that you learn the whys along with the hows and come out thriving on the other side of your healing journey. An IFS based expressive arts group for those impacted by CPTSD. Have you ever felt like a part of you takes over when you are triggered by something? Do you feel like you are 13 again?
