Announcement icon During this critical time, I am accepting new clients via telehealth, offering video and phone sessions using a secure online program.
Are you struggling with the unexpected twists and turns of life? Need a quiet place to talk things over? I'm glad you are considering therapy because it means that you are a person who wants to look deeper and create positive changes in your life. We can figure out what is standing in your way and find ways to overcome these barriers. There is tremendous value in self-awareness. It is often the first step towards feeling better. We can work to help you feel more in control of your path. I look forward to hearing your story and working together to get to the place where you feel more confident and grounded.
Life transitions can be unexpected and difficult -- these are times in our lives when change is inevitable and we must begin a new path. My clients come to me with a range of issues--aging and retirement, illness and caregiving, careers, divorce. My goal is to help turn these moments into an opportunity for growth, self reflection and clarity.
It is never too early or late for self-care, no matter what your age. The hardest part is often taking that first step and acknowledging you may want to ask for help. My hope is to provide you with a place where it's ok not to know the answer, but where you might see things more clearly. You don't have to be alone on your journey.
