About
Certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, my primary focus is to help Millennial and Gen-Z women in the perinatal period (preconception planning to early motherhood) struggling with anxiety, trauma, and adjusting to motherhood. I guide my clients to define and own what mothering looks like for them. I believe in facilitating change from a place of compassion, connection, and most of all - collaboration.
Some of the modalities I use are trauma informed psychotherapy, Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT), and creative arts therapies. I view therapy as a shared space where the client is not alone in their experience. Additionally, have extensive experience working with clients within a wide age range, and with a broad spectrum of personal challenges.
I invite you to contact me if any of the above resonates with you. I am happy to assist with referrals as well.
