I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports adults across the lifespan, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel understood, empowered, and less alone in their experiences. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, identities, and life stages.
I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and approach therapy with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect. My goals is always to honor who you are while supporting you in becoming who you want to be.
My counseling style is integrative and collaborative, drawing from CBT and person centered therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I walk alongside you to build insight, practical tools, and meaningful change in a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space.
