Wherever you are in your healing, you don't have to do it alone. Whether you are wanting to reconnect with yourself and loved ones, navigate through conflict and accountability, learn or strengthen relationship skills, or making a big decision like whether to stay or go - I'd be honored to be in your corner.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, managing anxiety, stress, and perfectionism, processing trauma, practicing embodiment, and healing from experiences of sexual & domestic violence.
I work from a decolonial & liberation framework using somatic and strength-based practices to reconnect you to your softness, strength, and above all, trust in yourself. I offer individual as well as couples/relationship counseling and pull from my experience working with fellow survivors of violence, neurodiverse folks, and within the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Through compassion, gentle challenging, and a little playfulness, lets work together to create the life and relationships you want and reconnect you to yourself. Please reach out to see if we'd be a good fit, or if you'd like to talk more about who I am, how I work, or my sliding scale availability.
