I specialize in working with queer and trans folks, folks who are processing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, burnout, exploring their identities, or have experienced sexual & domestic violence.
After experiencing trauma, harm, or a big change, it's normal to notice your sense of self, relationships or well-being shift and struggle.
Wherever you are in your healing work, you don't have to do it alone. I believe therapy can be a chance to reconnect to ourselves and loved ones, break through generational patterns by exploring their roots, learn new skills, and practice new ways of being.
I work from a decolonial & liberation framework using somatic and strength-based practices to reconnect you to your softness, strength, and trust in yourself. I offer individual as well as couples/relationship counseling and pull from my experience working with fellow survivors of violence, neurodiverse folks, and within the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Through compassion, gentle challenging, and a little playfulness, lets work together to create and deepen the life and relationships you want. Please reach out if you want to talk more about who I am or how I work or sliding scale availability.
