Hello! Thank you for coming to my page! I believe that every person has power, but sometimes people need help finding it and rebuilding it. I have worked with many clients who have experienced various trauma in their life and have helped them process it and work toward finding goals that are meaningful to them. I have worked with people struggling with past painful experiences as well as strained family relationships. I am a firm believer that every person is the expert on their life and I am here to help explore the things that are important to you and help figure out how to achieve your goals.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients. I have significant experience helping support survivors of sexual assault and helping people that have experienced trauma move forward. I approach therapy with a client-centered, strength based perspective. I love helping clients build up their confidence and helping them learn to embrace their lives.
