Do you find yourself overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, weighed down by past experiences, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Are you navigating a life transition or struggling to feel connected to yourself or others? If any of this resonates with you, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and major life changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported.
I work from an integrative, trauma-informed perspective, drawing primarily from ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices. I'm especially interested in how emotions are held in the body and how bringing gentle awareness to those experiences can foster regulation, insight, and meaningful change.
In our work together, you’ll learn to regulate different emotions, reconnect with your values and sense of self, and safely process both past and present experiences.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s also an exciting step toward growth and healing. My priority is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and understood.
